Kiwi Eats is the delivery service for Pizza Bros stores, operated by Tauranga Food Limited. One address reaches us: [email protected].
For drivers
Email [email protected]. Include the email address you sign in with and the order number, and we can find the delivery straight away.
Urgent problem with a delivery you are on right now? Call the store. Its number is in the app, on the delivery.
For customers
Kiwi Eats does not take orders. For anything about your order, such as where it is, what is in it, or a refund, contact the store you ordered from.
For a privacy question, or to ask about a photo taken at your doorstep, email [email protected]. What we hold and for how long is set out in the Privacy Notice for Customers.
Delete your account
In the Kiwi Eats Driver app: open Profile, then Delete account. Or email [email protected] from the address you sign in with and we will do it for you.
