Privacy Notice for Customers

This notice is for people who order from a Pizza Bros store and choose delivery. It explains what Kiwi Eats receives about you, who sees it, and how long it is kept. Information about our drivers is covered separately by the Privacy Policy for Drivers.

Who we are

Kiwi Eats is the delivery service for Pizza Bros stores. It is operated by Tauranga Food Limited, NZBN 9429046588135, 70 Tynan Street, Te Puke 3119. Kiwi Eats does not take your order. The store does, and we deliver it.

Privacy Officer: [email protected]

What we receive from the store

When you order for delivery, the store sends us what a driver needs to bring your food to you, and nothing more:

We do not receive your card details. Payment stays between you and the store.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.

The driver may contact you

The driver may call or text you about your delivery, for example if they cannot find your address. They use their own phone, so you will see their number, and they will see yours.

A photo at your door

The driver may take a photo of your delivery at your door as proof that it arrived. The photo is of the package where it was left, not of you or anyone else. It is kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. If you would like it deleted sooner, email [email protected] with the store, the date and the delivery address, and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can:

Email [email protected] for any of these. We answer access and correction requests within 20 working days, as the Act requires. For questions about the order itself, contact the store you ordered from.
